Whole-Home Window Replacement

Every window in the house replaced, along with the failing wood siding and shingle accents around them. The old units were single-pane with rotted sills, and several no longer opened at all.

Our Process

Site Assessment: Measured every opening and checked each frame for rot or water damage.
Design Development: Chose a glass package suited to how each wall faces the sun.
Installation: Removed the old units and set the new ones level, flashed, and sealed.
Finishing: Reinstalled trim, cleaned the glass, and hauled off every scrap.

Entry Door Replacement

A dated entry door with leaded glass and brass hardware, replaced with a modern black double unit in frosted glass, with the brick sill finished back. The opening had to be cut back and re-framed before anything new went in.

Our Process

Initial Consultation: Walked the house with the homeowner and priced the door direct from the supplier.
Design Integration: Matched the new unit to the style and trim of the house.
Construction: Opened the wall up, repaired the jamb and sill, then set the door plumb and square.
Interior Finishing: Adjusted the hardware so the door latches and seals with one hand.
